STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for part time Accounts Coordinator to join the team. This position will assist the Accounts Manager in processing customer requests for quotes, entry of new customer orders, customer communication and schedule customer shipments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• To work closely with all other departments within Manufacturing (open lines of communication) for the purpose of meeting or exceeding the production goals set
• To maintain a professional working environment in an effort to minimize turnover and maximize training and growth
• To present a positive/supportive “can do” approach/attitude towards the daily frustrations encountered in this industry
• To work closely with all department within our organization by presenting solutions to the many challenges our organization has to offer
• Other duties may include: Planning material and other based on customer delivery requirements, purchase order changes and making customer calls

Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations -Highschool diploma or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
